Yoga Rise began as a simple pop-up—sunset gatherings that invited people to move, breathe, and reconnect in shared outdoor spaces. What started as a temporary offering quickly revealed something deeper: a need for community, belonging, and a place to land.

Today, Yoga Rise has grown into a brick-and-mortar studio in Martinez, California - intentionally designed as a third space for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Not home. Not work. A space where you can explore wellness, self-acceptance, and growth in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Yoga Rise welcomes students at every stage of their practice, from first-time movers to experienced teachers. Our offerings emphasize presence over performance, adaptability over perfection, and curiosity over competition.
