Before the sun rises, each day of the week we will target one specific muscle group, from glutes and legs to core, arms, and full-body conditioning. Allowing you to train with intention and see balanced, sculpted results. Dynamic class blends traditional mat pilates principles with strength- based fusion elements including tempo work, isometric holds and poses, and functional movement. Intro to Yoga: Learn the yoga basics & fundamentals to get started on the mat. This class is designed for everyone—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to reconnect with the fundamentals. Together, we’ll explore foundational poses, simple transitions, and mindful breathing in a supportive, welcoming environment. Move at a comfortable pace as you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while learning proper alignment and technique. There’s plenty of space to ask questions, take breaks, and truly understand the “why” behind each movement. This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect—meet fellow students, get to know the teachers of Yoga Rise, and become part of a community rooted in growth, wellbeing, and belonging. Rise & Grind Vinyasa
